Playpave LLC is a growing U.S.-based installer of pour in place rubber surfacing systems. We complete projects nationwide and are seeking dependable, motivated individuals who enjoy hands-on work, travel, and working outdoors as part of a team.

Our primary installation season runs from March 1 to December 1, with project-based scheduling dependent on weather conditions. If you take pride in physical work and

Job Duties & Requirements

Available to travel and work nationwide within the United States during the installation season (March 1 – December 1)
Available to work when weather permits; days off may occur when weather conditions prevent installation
Ability to lift 55 lbs
Ability to assist in leading a small crew and contribute ideas to improve efficiency and job-site productivity
Strong teamwork and communication skills with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
Ability to follow directions, job-site procedures, and instructions from team leads
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Willingness to learn, develop skills, and grow within the role
Construction or trade experience is not required, but considered an asset
Valid driver’s license is not required, but considered an asset
